Yoga and Meditation

Yoga is a physical, mental and otherworldly practice that started in old India. It wound up well known in the West in the twentieth century. The word, yoga, originates from the Sanskrit yuj, which signifies "to yoke" and "samadhi" or "fixation." Along these lines, yoga is the training that expects to join the brain, body and soul. A definitive objective of yoga is to accomplish freedom.

Meditation is the way toward calming the psyche so as to invest energy in idea for unwinding or religious/profound purposes. The objective is to achieve an internal condition of mindfulness and increase individual and otherworldly development. Practically speaking, reflection includes focused spotlight on something, for example, a sound, picture or feeling.
